Customer app information
We may collect your mobile number, OTP verification status, first name, last name, email address, referral code, GST details, saved addresses, pickup and drop addresses, receiver contact details, package details, product descriptions, package images, GST bill images, transport documents, booking history, cancellation/refund records, payment status, ratings, reviews, support requests, language preference, and app version/device information.
Driver app information
We may collect driver mobile number, OTP verification status, driver photograph, full name, email address, alternate phone number, referral code, bank account details, address details, vehicle details, vehicle images, driver license, license expiry date, RC book, fitness certificate, insurance document, insurance expiry date, Aadhaar or other ID proof, PAN, EB bill, owner details, onboarding and verification status, availability status, ride acceptance/rejection activity, live ride status, payment and payout history, wallet or settlement information, and support records.
Location, device, and usage information
We collect location information to enable pickup/drop selection, route planning, live ride tracking, driver navigation, customer visibility, fraud prevention, and service support. Driver location may be collected while the driver is available for rides or during an active ride. We may also collect device identifiers, FCM notification tokens, IP address, login session data, crash or diagnostic logs, and app interaction data needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create, verify, and manage customer and driver accounts.
- Send and verify OTPs, maintain secure sessions, and prevent unauthorized access.
- Process bookings, estimates, vehicle suggestions, ride assignment, live tracking, and delivery confirmation.
- Enable document upload, driver verification, expiry alerts, and compliance review.
- Process payments, driver settlements, cancellation charges, refunds, wallet records, and transaction history.
- Send booking updates, ride offers, payment alerts, verification updates, support messages, and service notifications.
- Improve service reliability, route matching, customer support, fraud detection, safety, and dispute handling.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, audit, and regulatory obligations.
3. Permissions
The apps may request location, notification, camera, photo/media, SMS OTP auto-read, and storage permissions depending on your role and device. Location is required for booking, tracking, driver availability, and navigation. Camera/photo access is used for profile photos, driver documents, package images, vehicle images, and ride proof uploads. Notification permission is used to send booking, ride, payment, and verification updates.
4. Sharing of Information
We share information only as needed to provide and protect the service. This may include sharing relevant booking, contact, route, vehicle, driver, and customer details between customers and drivers for assigned rides. We may also share data with service providers such as cloud hosting, Firebase services, maps/location providers, payment processors such as Razorpay, support tools, analytics/diagnostics providers, SMS/notification providers, banks, and verification or compliance partners.
We may disclose information when required by law, court order, government request, regulatory process, fraud investigation, safety concern, or to protect our rights, users, drivers, customers, partners, or the public.
5. Payments and Financial Data
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. We may store transaction references, payment link IDs, refund IDs, payment status, invoice details, payout history, bank account details required for driver settlements, and related accounting records. We do not ask you to share full card details with us directly.
6. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated API access, secure token storage in the apps, restricted administrative access, and cloud storage controls for uploaded files. No system is completely secure, and users are responsible for keeping their device, phone number, OTPs, and account access secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain account, booking, driver verification, payment, support, audit, and compliance records for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, comply with legal and tax requirements, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms. Some operational logs and expired sessions may be deleted or archived according to our internal retention processes.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may update certain profile, address, GST, vehicle, document, and language details in the apps where available. You may log out, disable optional permissions from device settings, or request account deletion/support by contacting us. Some data may be retained after deletion where required for legal, safety, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or payment obligations.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business logistics users, customers, drivers, vehicle owners, and authorized adults. We do not knowingly provide services to children.
