These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cosmic Shipping Solutions website, Namma Truck customer app, Namma Truck driver app, and related logistics services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

Cosmic Shipping Solutions provides technology-enabled logistics coordination, including customer booking tools, heavy vehicle aggregation through Namma Truck, driver onboarding, ride assignment, live tracking, payment support, and related operational services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or using the service. Customer accounts are verified through mobile OTP. Driver accounts require OTP verification, onboarding information, vehicle information, document submission, and admin approval before activation. We may reject, suspend, or deactivate accounts where information is incomplete, false, expired, unverifiable, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup, drop, receiver, package, weight, dimension, GST, and document details.
  • Ensure goods are legal, safe, properly packed, and suitable for transport.
  • Be available for OTP verification, loading, unloading, payment, and support communication.
  • Do not misuse driver contact details, live tracking, support channels, or booking workflows.
  • Pay applicable booking charges, waiting charges, cancellation charges, taxes, and other approved fees.

4. Driver and Vehicle Partner Responsibilities

  • Submit true and valid identity, license, vehicle, insurance, bank, address, and owner details.
  • Maintain active licenses, insurance, vehicle fitness, permits, and other legal requirements.
  • Keep location enabled when available for rides and during active bookings.
  • Accept or reject ride offers within the stated time and complete accepted rides responsibly.
  • Follow pickup/drop OTP, photo upload, loading, unloading, payment, and support processes.
  • Do not go offline during an active ride, manipulate device date/time, misuse customer data, or collect unauthorized charges.

5. Bookings, Estimates, and Vehicle Suggestions

Estimates and vehicle suggestions are based on information provided by the user and system calculations. Final charges may vary due to actual distance, waiting time, route conditions, package changes, destination changes, additional handling, taxes, platform fees, cancellation fees, or other operational factors.

6. Loading, Unloading, Waiting Time, and OTP

Pickup and drop confirmation may require OTP verification. Waiting time may start after pickup or drop OTP verification depending on the trip stage. A free waiting period may be available, and additional charges may apply after that period. The loading point distance from the vehicle should generally not exceed 50 feet unless separately agreed or charged.

7. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

Booking edits and cancellations may be restricted depending on ride status. A free cancellation window may apply only during the permitted early period. After that, charges may apply based on driver assignment, distance travelled, ride status, waiting time, payment method, and applicable refund rules. Refunds, where applicable, may be processed to the original payment method or wallet/ledger according to operational and payment-provider rules.

8. Payments and Driver Settlements

Customers may pay through supported online or cash methods where available. Drivers may have wallet, commission, payout, settlement, or pending-payment obligations. If a driver's amount payable to the platform exceeds permitted limits, availability for new rides may be restricted until payment is completed. Payment links and refunds may be handled through third-party providers such as Razorpay.

9. Prohibited Goods and Conduct

Users must not book or transport illegal, prohibited, hazardous, stolen, restricted, misdeclared, unsafe, or improperly documented goods. Users must not use the service for fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, false documentation, payment abuse, reverse engineering, platform manipulation, or interference with app security.

10. Documents, Photos, and Verification

Customers and drivers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of documents, images, and information uploaded to the platform. Driver documents may be reviewed by our admin team. Expired or rejected documents may lead to warnings, re-verification, restricted access, or suspension.

11. Location, Notifications, and Device Integrity

The apps rely on location, notifications, secure sessions, and correct device date/time. Certain features may not work if permissions are denied. If device date/time is modified, access may be blocked to protect booking, payment, and security workflows.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Shipping Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, loss of profits, business loss, delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, inaccurate user-provided information, unlawful goods, third-party payment failures, network issues, or force majeure events. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, fails verification, submits false documents, has expired mandatory documents, misuses the service, creates safety concerns, fails to pay dues, or engages in fraudulent or unlawful conduct.

14. Intellectual Property

The website, apps, brand names, logos, designs, software, workflows, and content belong to Cosmic Shipping Solutions or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or misuse them except as allowed by us in writing.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or apps after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by courts or competent forums having jurisdiction over Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu.
